Starting Up With Crossfit

Cross Fit is a training method that includes a number of exercises which are to be carried out back to back without taking rest in between the Cross Fit session. Generally, Cross Fit program includes gymnastics, calisthenics, weight training, and other different fitness routines. Cross Fit was developed to have an exercise program that may lead to overall stability, endurance, and strength. A Cross Fit session can be of various types and one of them is Fran that includes exercises like: 21 push presses followed by 21 pull-ups, 15 push presses followed by 15 pull-ups, and 9 push presses followed by 9 pull-ups. If anyone has completed all the 3 rounds of Fran without having rest as fast as possible then he/she is done with the Cross Fit workout. Cross Fit is getting popular these days as many are carrying out these exercises on regular basis. Cross Fitness Training can be carried out at home and at gym also. If you are doing it at home instead of doing it at gym then you need a little space and some dumbbells, or kettle bells.
